Usage

The Marvel Hero Elite Hand wraps are the ideal base layer for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and other combat sports. They provide the essential protective layer between your skin and your boxing gloves or MMA gloves. The hand wraps stabilize your wrists, protect your knuckles and thumb, and absorb sweat that would otherwise end up directly in the lining of your gloves. This significantly improves both the hygiene and the lifespan of your gloves.

Material and Stretch

The wraps are made of 42% polyester silk and 58% polyester thread. This blend provides a soft, smooth texture that feels comfortable against the skin while still being firm enough to offer optimal support for your wrists. The stretch blend allows you to wrap the hand wraps tightly without them cutting into your skin or restricting blood circulation. You get firm, supportive compression that moves with your fist.

Closure and Wrapping

The wide Velcro closure keeps the wraps securely in place during intense workouts. Thanks to the thumb loop and the “This Side Down” marking, you’ll always know where to start—which is especially helpful for beginners looking to consistently master the correct wrapping technique. A properly wrapped hand wrap is essential for optimal protection, and these details help you achieve that.

Length and Fit

• Length: approximately 4.5 meters (450 cm)
• Width: approximately 5 cm

This length is the standard for adult fighters and provides enough fabric to comfortably support the hand, knuckles, wrist, and thumb.

Why hand wraps?

Good hand wraps aren’t a luxury—they’re a necessity for every fighter. They stabilize your wrists against hyperextension during heavy punches, protect your metacarpals from injury, and add a layer of comfort between your skin and the lining of your gloves. No serious boxer, kickboxer, or MMA fighter steps into the gym without properly wrapped hand wraps under their gloves.

Care

The Marvel Hero Elite Hand wraps are machine washable on cold, preferably in a laundry bag to protect the print and the Velcro. They are also dryer-safe. Wash your hand wraps after every workout to prevent odor and bacterial growth, and keep the beautiful hero prints in top condition for a long time.

With the Marvel Hero Elite Hand Wraps, you’re choosing hand wraps that combine top performance with pure style. A unique addition for any martial artist who wants to seriously protect their hands and bring their passion for MARVEL® into the gym.
