Choose your order, the items and what you want: money back, credit or exchange.

2. Choose label
A paper label or paperless with a code on your mobile. You pay any costs directly.

3. Drop off parcel
Within 14 days at the parcel shop. After that your registration expires.

4. We'll do the rest
Money back within 5 working days after we receive your parcel. You will receive credit by e-mail.

Prices are for a paper label. Choose paperless (code on your phone) and pay €1 extra. With Gold and Platinum everything remains free.
Defective or delivered incorrectly? Then your return is always free, including re-shipment.

For hygiene reasons, we only accept mouthguards, gumshields, underwear, sports bras and groin guards unopened in their sealed original packaging.

Report it in the returns portal with a photo. We will check your photos within 1 working day. Return and re-shipment are then always free.

Within 5 working days of receiving your parcel, to your original payment method. Choose credit and you'll receive a voucher by e-mail as soon as your parcel arrives. Redeemable online and in-store.

Choose a different size or colour in the returns portal. If the new item is more expensive, you pay the difference in advance. If it's cheaper, you'll receive the difference back after inspection.

If you don't use the label within 14 days, your registration expires. You will then not receive the label costs back.
