Tomorrow evening we've got some cool kickboxing fights ahead... you really need to see these.
No idea what I'm talking about? Read on quickly.
On Saturday evening Glory 92 takes place and I have to say, they've pulled out all the stops with this event once again.
Including middleweight champion Donovan Wisse, a total of 6 athletes from the top 10 are fighting on the same night. On top of that, we've got a heavyweight bout and two cracking featherweight fights.
Wisse VS. Bokeme
Donovan Wisse will attempt to defend his world title for the 4th time on Saturday evening. After a successful defence in November against Boapeah, the technical Wisse now faces the division's #1, Ulric Bokeme.
The Congolese fighter has finished many fights in spectacular fashion with 17 knockouts.
The champion, however, hasn't lost since 2018 and has won every title fight in dominant fashion. This will be a great fight and we especially expect a true kickboxing clinic from Donovan Wisse.
Rigters VS. Horta
The last time Levi Rigters stood in the Glory ring, he was very close to knocking out Rico Verhoeven with a surprising spinning backfist.
Now, almost two months later, he faces newcomer Nico Horta. Is Rigters too big a challenge as a debut opponent?
We'll find out.
Boapeah VS. Ozcaglayan
Glory is promoting this fight as the one that decides who's the king of The Hague. Nice idea, but we're mainly curious about the action this fight will bring.
Boapeah comes back from a tough fight against Donovan Wisse, which he lost on points. Serkan has also already had a chance to take Wisse's title, and he too lost on points.
Boapeah is the more technical fighter of the two, but Serkan hits like a sledgehammer. That also explains his 36 victories by knockout.
Whether this fight decides who's the king of The Hague, we can't say, but the fact that we can expect fireworks is certain.
Braun VS. Touchassie
Mohamed Touchassie is a name that most combat sports fans in the new generation are excited about. Touchassie is explosive, technical and strong.
Braun has lost his last two fights and really needs to prove himself now. Nevertheless, he's a fighter who shouldn't be underestimated. With 27 knockouts to his name and a huge amount of experience, he could well surprise the audience.
We expect action, action and more action.
Besides the fights mentioned, there are so many more cool fights this evening, but if I list everything in detail, you'll be reading my email half the night.
You can therefore view the full card on the Glory website. The prelims start at 18:30 and can be watched on YouTube. The main card starts at 20:00 and can be watched on TrillerTV.
Have a great weekend!
