1. Organiser
The organiser of the monthly competition is TFC Trading Group B.V., trading under the name The Fight Company, Kaskinenweg 7, 9723 JL Groningen, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 83630562 (hereinafter: "The Fight Company").
2. Duration
The competition runs for one calendar month at a time and is repeated every month until The Fight Company terminates it. We will announce any termination in advance on the website. Any ongoing promotional month will always be completed in full.
3. Eligibility
- Anyone who is at least 18 years old may participate. Those aged 16 or 17 may participate with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Fight Company may require proof of age or consent.
- Employees of The Fight Company and other persons directly involved in running the competition are excluded from participation.
- One entry per person per promotional month counts, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses used.
4. How to enter
You enter by signing up for The Fight Company newsletter via the registration form on the website and consenting to receive the newsletter by e-mail. All persons who are signed up for the newsletter on the last day of a calendar month at 23:59 (CET/CEST) will participate in that month's draw. If you are already signed up, you participate automatically.
Entry is free of charge. It is not dependent on a purchase, and making a purchase does not increase your chance of winning.
5. Prize
One winner is drawn each month. The prize is a pair of Caged 'X' Series boxing gloves worth €129.95. The winner chooses an available size and colour within the Caged 'X' Series boxing gloves. Delivery of the prize is free of charge. The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
6. Draw and notification
After the end of each promotional month, one winner is drawn by random selection (lottery) from all participants of that month. Notification will be sent within 14 days after the end of the promotional month by e-mail to the address used for registration. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of this notification or does not meet these conditions, the prize is forfeited and a new draw will take place. The winner's name will only be published with their consent.
7. Data protection
We use your e-mail address and, where applicable, other information exclusively for sending the newsletter and for administering the competition (for example notifying the winner and delivering the prize). We do not share your data with third parties, except with the service providers we use for the newsletter and delivery. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the end of each newsletter; from that point onwards you will no longer participate in further draws. 8. Questions and complaints
Do you have a question or complaint about the competition? Write to info@thefightcompany.de. We will respond within 14 days.
9. Miscellaneous
- The Fight Company may exclude participants in the event of fraud, abuse or breach of these conditions.
- The Fight Company may amend these conditions or terminate the competition, for example in the event of force majeure, without disadvantaging participants. We publish amendments on this page.
- The Fight Company is not liable for damage caused by participation in the competition or use of the prize, except in the event of intent or gross negligence and in the event of injury to life, body or health.
- Dutch law applies, insofar as this does not conflict with mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which you reside.
