Use the size chart below to easily choose the right size. Measure your shin length (bottom of knee to ankle) and foot length (ankle to base of toes) in centimetres.

Tip: Between two sizes? Choose based on your shin length (more important than weight). The Shadow series has a snug fit with firm padding; if you have wide calves or longer legs, one size up is usually more comfortable.
How do I measure my shin and foot?
Use a tape measure and follow these steps for the correct size:
- Shin: measure from just below your knee to the top of your ankle.
- Foot section: measure from your ankle to the base of your toes.
- Measure without shoes or socks for the most accurate result.
All measurements are in centimetres.
