Partial deliveries

If your order contains several items with different delivery times, it may happen that we deliver in multiple shipments. In this case you will receive separate tracking for each shipment.

Deliveries outside the EU

We deliver worldwide. For orders to a country outside the European Union, for example Switzerland or the USA, the destination country may levy customs duties, import VAT and clearance fees. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these costs are not included in the product price or delivery costs and are borne by the recipient. The delivery service usually collects them on delivery. Hand wrap size guide

This guide helps you find the right length for your hand wraps – depending on hand size, age and training intensity. Hand wraps stabilise the wrist, knuckles and metacarpals and are an essential part of your equipment.

Wrap length	Suitable for	Recommendation
2.0 m	Children	Basic protection, easy to apply
2.5 m	Teens / very small hands	More wraps around the wrist and knuckles possible
3.5 m	Teens & adults (beginners)	Good all-round length for technique training
4.0 m	Regular training	Solid support for wrist and knuckles
4.5 m	Large hands / sparring	Maximum stability and additional wraps possible

Tips for choosing the right length

Small hands or light training: Shorter wraps (2.0–2.5 m) are often sufficient.
Average hands: 3.5–4.0 m offer a good balance of protection and comfort.
Sparring & intensive training: 4.5 m allow additional stabilisation of the wrist and forearm.
Too long is rarely a problem: You can simply wrap any excess length around your wrist.

How do you choose the right length?

Unlike gloves, there is no exact measurement for wraps. If you have larger hands or need lots of stability, choose 4.0–4.5 m. For smaller hands or children, shorter wraps are more comfortable.

Standard for adults: Most athletes train with 4.0 to 4.5 metre hand wraps.
