• Ultra-soft and breathable materials for maximum comfort
• Extra-wide Velcro closure for a stable and secure fit

Usage

The Mayweather Stretch Hand wraps are the ideal base layer for boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. They provide an essential layer of protection between your skin and your boxing gloves. Hand wraps stabilize your wrists, protect your knuckles and thumb, and absorb sweat that would otherwise end up in the lining of your gloves. This significantly improves hygiene and extends the lifespan of your gloves.

Material and Stretch

The wraps are made of 50% cotton and 50% nylon. This Mexican stretch blend offers the perfect balance between softness, breathability, and elasticity. You can wrap the hand wraps tightly without losing your range of motion, providing firm, supportive compression that doesn’t cut into your skin or restrict blood circulation.

Closure and wrapping

The wide Velcro closure keeps the wraps securely in place, even during intense combinations. Thanks to the thumb loop, you always know exactly where to start, which is a major advantage—especially for beginners—in learning proper wrapping technique. A correctly wrapped hand wrap is essential for optimal protection, and the thumb loop helps you achieve that consistency time and time again.

Length and Fit

• Length: approximately 4.5 meters (450 cm)
• Width: approximately 5 cm

This length is the standard for adult fighters and provides enough material to fully support the hand, knuckles, wrist, and thumb. Do you have a smaller hand or are you training a child? Then check out the youth version for a better-fitting alternative.

Who is it for?

These wraps are suitable for beginners, intermediate, and experienced fighters. Beginners appreciate the clear thumb loop and simple design, while experienced fighters will appreciate the combination of stretch, comfort, and durability. The stylish Mayweather design, featuring gold and contrasting colors, also appeals to fighters who want a recognizable, professional look in the gym.

Why hand wraps?

Good hand wraps are indispensable for any serious fighter. They protect your small hand bones from fractures, stabilize your wrists against hyperextension during hard punches, and add a layer of comfort between your skin and the lining of your gloves. Without wraps, you run an unnecessarily high risk of long-term hand injuries, regardless of the quality of your gloves.

Care

The Mayweather Stretch Hand wraps are machine washable on cold, preferably with similar colors and in a laundry bag to protect the Velcro. They are also dryer-safe. Wash your hand wraps after every workout to prevent odor and bacterial growth.

Color Options

Available in black/gold, white/gold, and black/gray. These classic color combinations match perfectly with the rest of the Mayweather collection and instantly give your outfit a polished and professional look.

With the Mayweather 180" Stretch Hand Wraps, you’re choosing wraps that combine comfort, stretch, and high-level support. An excellent foundation for any martial artist who wants to seriously protect their hands and look well-groomed during training.
